To Whom It May Concern:
It gives me a great deal of joy to offer Robin Payne my highest recommendation.
Robin possesses an incredible cadre of gifts for ministry. Borne out of a deep, personal faith in the Risen Lord, Jesus Christ, and grounded firmly in the matchless Word of God, Robin is a chosen vessel of God's redeeming and empowering grace to all she meets.
Robin's many gifts include an amazing teaching ability evidenced, especially, through Disciple Bible Study. She connects remarkably well with people in her teaching and has a special love for women as well as young adults, both singles and married couples.
Robin is enthusiastic in her ministry, and an excellent public speaker. It was my joy to present her to the church last fall and invite her to offer the teaching message in all three of our back-to-back Sunday worship services. The combined congregation of 600 responded enthusiastically. While I attend the World Methodist Council meeting in Durban, South Africa this summer, Robin has accepted my invitation to speak at nine worship services.
Robin serves the Conyers First United Methodist Church as a consultant in adult spiritual formation as well as primary resource person for all aspects of adult minsitries. She is well organized, timely, dependable, an expert in print advertisement, a genuine team player and a trusted colleague. Because of Robin, every aspect of our adult ministry has grown in numbers and spiritual depth.
I vest a great deal of confidence in Robin and, without reservation, commend her to you.
Your friend in sharing life's adventure with Jesus Christ,
John A. Beyers, DD, OSL
When
it comes to adult discipleship methodology, Robin Payne is one of the best in
the ministry. Her years of experience have taught her how to minister to and
with established, traditional churches and even church plants. During my time
working with Robin at Snellville United Methodist Church, I observed her
strengthen an existing Sunday School structure that was struggling to grow
despite growth at the church’s worship services. After discernment, hard work,
and the recruitment and equipping of others, Robin offered leadership that
allowed a system to effectively grow in step with the worship attendance. In 10
years Robin grew the adult Sunday School from 10 classes offered at one hour to
26 classes during 2 hours of Sunday School.
Just
prior to my departure, Robin conceptualized a discipleship process that would
reach people for whom the existing, traditional Sunday School model would not
reach. I often hear about the success of CREW at Snellville United Methodist
Church. For this reason, I pray often for Robin and give thanks to God for His
ministry through her!
With
highest recommendation,

Lead Pastor at The Vine
Dear Colleagues:
I am glad to recomment Robin Payne to you as a consultant,
workshop leader or conference speaker. Robin served Snellville United Methodist
failthfully for ten years in the area of Adult Ministries. During this time, we
grew our adult Sunday School classes from 7 to 22, Disciple graduates was over
1,000 students, small groups soared to over 40 different groups and she offered
regular training and support functions to leaders, facilitators and our men's
and women's ministries.
Robin is gifted with Biblical knowledge and the ability to
convey it in our modern culture. She is a visionary and knows how to inspire
leaders. She has served on mission teams locally and to Jordan for outreach to
the Islamic community. She understands present church trends and can help our
churches plan for changes in our culture and communities.
Please contact me if I can assist you further. May God bless
your ministries.
Sincerely,

Dear Pastor,
Robin was not the typical church worker, and I mean that as a
strong compliment. Robin brings a business savvy and consistency to work every
day that led to smoothly running educational opportunities for everyone from
church novices to the most advanced academics. Robin's passion for her subject
matter shown through as she embraced a learner's attitude while constantly
evaluating the success of her church function. She also possessed a joyful continuity
while demonstrating the fortitude of a leader in making tough decisions. I
would strongly recommend Robin Payne in just about any role. She is the type of
person you just want on your team.
Sincerely,
Bryan Fowler, Associate Pastor, Snellville UMC

Robin Payne has an amazing gift
to inspire others to be excited about spending time in the Word of God. She has
a tremendous passion for the Word and her enthusiasm is contagious. Through
A242 Consulting, she has provided leadership for our church in many varied
ways. She has led our church as a women's summer Bible Study leader, as speaker
for our women's retreat, and trained our leaders in all age levels of Sunday
School, Bible study and small groups. Recently, Robin led our Children's
Advocacy Team in a "re-visioning" of our children's ministry. Robin
helped ignite excitement about, not only what God could do in our children's
ministry, but about what God was doing in our children's ministry and our
church. She is on board to help our Children's leadership team focus our
message and get the excitement out into our community. Robin is also helping
out Children's leadership team discover and develop their spiritual gifts so
that they can best serve God, our children and our members.
Because she has a real heart
for Jesus, Robin take His Great Commission seriously and will do whatever it
takes to bring someone into a relationship with Christ and empower others on
how to do the same. She is honest, open and approachable. To be a student as
well as a teacher, she is constantly attending seminars and conferences to
learn new and creative ways to reach the unchurched or the nominnally churched.
Most importantly, she is eager to serve God using her gifts and talents -
sharing them with churches to develop opportunities for their congregation to
be immersed in the Word.
I would highly encourage your
church to speak to Robin about how she can come alongside your church
leadership.
